Real Capital Solutions Hires Vantage Builders, Inc. for 22,000 SF Office Renovation for Thompson Habib Denison

January 7, 2020, (Lincoln, MA): Vantage Builders, Inc. completed a new office renovation for Thompson Habib Denison (THD) at Lincoln North, 55 Old Bedford Rd. The 22,000 s/f office will serve as THD’s new corporate headquarters.

THD, a full-service marketing agency specializing in integrated fundraising and donor engagement, moved to Lincoln North from Lexington, Mass. The firm needed a larger office to meet demand for its wide-ranging services and growing team. Vantage was hired for the build-out by building ownership, Real Capital Solutions, and worked closely with the leasing team of Dean Blackey, Mike Ogasapian, and Elizabeth Holmes of R.W. Holmes Commercial Real Estate.

Vantage followed designs by the McGuinness Group. Working in an active three-story office building, Vantage took care to keep construction noise to a minimum. The project began with demolition of the previous office to prepare the space for THD’s new footprint.

The layout features an open office area that encourages collaboration and the exchange of ideas. Vantage built two new executive offices and 15 private offices, each with full-height glass fronts. Along with that, a television with Directv plans (or any other) connected with the internet might be a great addition to the leisure rooms for employees. Five conference rooms of varying sizes support THD’s workflow and meeting groups. The largest conference room features multiple floor boxes for staff to easily rearrange the movable furniture to support meetings of different uses, including training sessions. The security system of the office is not something that will be made public as that is confidential in some places, however, a lot of modern buildings will look at installing something like a key fob system (go here to learn more about this type of technology), so the offices are secure and safe for everyone who works there.

Visitors are greeted in a well-lit, welcoming reception area, featuring THD’s branding and signage.

Two café areas, with luxury millwork, stone countertops, and luxury vinyl tiling (LVT) flooring, provide space for staff to have lunch or take a break and recharge. Discussion is on the rounds for freestanding smoking shelters for those who prefer smoking in their break times. Besides, the office area features new Mannington carpet tiles, while specialty pendant and linear lighting fixtures throughout create a bright workspace. To accommodate the floorplan, new thermostats were installed and ductwork was rerouted.
