Colorado firm buys Fairview Industrial Park in Lewisberry for $11.75 million

Fairview Industrial Park in Lewisberry was purchased by a Colorado-based firm for $11.75 million, according to a news release.

Cushman & Wakefield represented Richmond, Virginia-based Allegiancy in the sale of the six buildings to Real Capital Solutions of Louisville, Colorado. The buildings total 270,168 square feet.

“Fairview Industrial Park is 80 percent leased, and the properties have some older construction features, so the new owner will have opportunity to make improvements, making this a good value-add investment,” Cushman & Wakefield executive director Gerry Blinebury said in the release.
