Done Deal: Colorado real estate firm makes multimillion-dollar purchase

A Louisville, Colorado-based company just made a nearly $50 million investment in the Memphis market.

Real Capital Solutions (RCS) purchased the Germantown Park center, which is comprised of six Class A office buildings off of Germantown Parkway and across from Agricenter International.

The six buildings make up more than 534,800 square feet of cumulative office space and are as follows: 51 Germantown Court, 57 Germantown Court, 60 Germantown Court, 65 Germantown Court, 8000 Centerview Parkway and 8001 Centerview Parkway.

RCS dba EAT 1615 LLC purchased Germantown Park from DRA CRT Germantown Center LP for $47,749,900 on Dec. 27, 2016, according to the Shelby County Register of Deeds site. EAT 1615 LLC then did a mortgage for the property with UMB Bank National Assoc. for $43,860,000.

Campbell Clinic, Mass Mutual and Ford Motor Co. are a few of the anchor tenants. There are currently more than 65 companies in Germantown Park.

Cushman & Wakefield/Commercial Advisors has been hired to handle the leasing and management for Germantown Park and the 135,000-square-foot Horizon Business Center located at 2525 and 2565 Horizon Lake Drive, which RCS purchased for $6.3 million in October 2016.
