RCS Joins Lowe in Joint-Venture Ownership of Prominent Washington Resort

DENVER – Sept 28, 2021 – Real Capital Solutions (RCS) has partnered with Los Angeles‐based Lowe in the ownership entity of Suncadia Resort, a 6,400‐acre premier all‐season resort located 80 miles outside of Seattle, Washington. The recapitalization establishes Real Capital Solutions of Denver, Colo. as a member and majority owner of Suncadia Resort, LLC.

Lowe will continue as Suncadia’s managing member, asset manager and development manager of the ongoing development of the Suncadia and Tumble Creek communities. Lowe’s hospitality subsidiary, CoralTree Hospitality, continues to manage the lodging options and amenities at the Resort through a Destination by Hyatt franchise.
