BENEFITS/REWARDS

RCS recognizes the importance of providing a comprehensive benefits program to our full-time eligible employees. These benefits will help provide employees and their family member’s opportunities to maintain their health and welfare 

MEDICAL OPTIONS

RCS provides three medical plan options for employees and their families.  Options include:

  1. AETNA HDHP with HSA
  2. AETNA POS Base Plan
  3. AETNA POS Buy up plan

DENTAL

Dental insurance is administered by Delta Dental, which provides a Premium PPO Plan for employees and families 

VISION

Employees have the option to purchase a low cost vision insurance through VSP

LIFE & AD&D

Eligible employees receive $25,000 basic life through Aetna at no cost to the employee. Additional supplemental insurance is available for employees, spouse and children       

SHORT & LONG-TERM DISABILITY

We offer STD and LTD insurance through MetLife to help protect income should an illness or accident occur and the employee is unable to work.

FLEXIBLE SPENDING (FSA):

  • A Health Care Flexible Spending Account where employees may set aside pretax dollars for certain non-covered medical expenses.
  • A Dependent Care flexible spending account is also available – employees can set aside pretax dollars for dependent care expenses. 

401(k)

RCS offers a 401k plan where employees have the opportunity to save pre-tax dollars for retirement and receive up to 4% matching company contributions.

TIME OFF

Vacation, Holiday and Sick Time: RCS offers time off to ensure relaxation and rejuvenation of employees for health and well-being.

REC CENTER

Membership to the Louisville Recreation Center is available for all full-time eligible employees.
